Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account
will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the
current period at the price shown above. You can manage and cancel your
subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused
portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep Pro access
until the end of your current billing period. On iOS, cancel from your
Apple ID subscription settings. On web, cancel from the billing portal
linked in your account.
What happens after my 3-day free trial?
The 3-day free trial is available on the yearly plan when subscribing
through the iOS app. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your
Apple ID is charged for the full year and your Pro access continues.
Cancel any time during the trial at no cost.
What's the difference between the standard and upgraded models?
Free users get the standard model (GPT-4o-mini), which handles most
crypto and meme coin questions well. Pro users get the upgraded model
(GPT-4o), which is better at nuanced analysis, complex multi-step
reasoning, and on-chain research questions — especially useful for
chart reading, wallet tracking on Solscan, risk assessment, and
narrative deep dives.
Is this financial advice?
No. Degen Desk is an educational and research tool. Nothing in the app
is financial, investment, or trading advice. Crypto and meme coin
trading is extremely high risk and you can lose everything you put in.
Always do your own research and never invest more than you can afford
to lose.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes. On iOS, switch plans from your Apple ID subscription settings.
On web, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing
portal — changes take effect at your next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are subject to Apple's
refund policy — request a refund directly from Apple via
reportaproblem.apple.com. Web subscriptions purchased through Stripe
are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't
